Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your accounting package at the start of any new billing month. Simply notify us at least five business days before your next billing date and we will adjust your plan accordingly.
Payroll management covers recording employee salaries, calculating deductions, maintaining payroll records, and preparing the necessary documentation for Egyptian labour and tax compliance purposes.
VAT return preparation is included from the Professional plan onwards. Starter clients can add VAT filing as a paid add-on. Contact us for details on current add-on rates.
Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept bank transfers to our Cairo, Egypt account and mobile wallet payments. Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month.
If your transaction volume consistently exceeds the Starter plan limit, we will notify you and recommend upgrading to the Professional plan. There are no automatic overage charges without prior discussion.
